About the Position

We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer with strong backend and DevOps skills to join the technical team of one of our clients in the healthcare marketing industry. You'll work on maintaining and optimizing AWS/GCP infrastructure, as well as developing new functionalities for internal tools that directly impact business campaigns and operations.

Main Responsibilities

Infrastructure Maintenance

  • Maintain and optimize server backup cron jobs
  • Resolve AWS/GCP infrastructure issues
  • Manage MySQL databases and WordPress sites
  • Apply security patches and ensure HIPAA compliance
  • Troubleshoot production problems

Tools Optimization

  • Improve existing processes
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in pipelines and scripts
  • Optimize database queries
  • Implement code and automation best practices

Development of New Features

  • Build features for existing internal tools
  • API Integrations
  • Develop automation scripts with PHP
  • Create dashboards and reports

Tech Stack

Backend

  • PHP: (primary) legacy code maintenance, WordPress development
  • MySQL: administration, query optimization, automated backups
  • Bash: system and automation scripting

Frontend

  • Angular
  • JavaScript/HTML/CSS - Basic-intermediate development
  • jQuery

Infrastructure and DevOps

  • AWS/GCP
  • Linux: Ubuntu/Amazon Linux
  • Cron Jobs: configuration, debugging, and monitoring
  • Git: GitHub/GitLab
  • WordPress: administration and development

  • HIPAA: regulations and compliance

Requirements

Required Experience (mandatory)

  • 3-5 years of experience as full stack
  • 2+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer
  • 2+ years with PHP
  • 1+ year with AWS/GCP in production environment
  • 1+ year in healthcare or compliance environments (HIPAA/HITRUST)
  • Demonstrable experience in process automation
  • Experience with MySQL and database optimization
  • Experience fixing and optimizing cron jobs
  • Experience working with legacy code

Desired Experience (it’s a plus)

  • Experience in digital marketing agencies or healthcare
  • Knowledge of SEO and analytics tools
  • Experience with API integrations
